What is a skin resilience skincare routine?
An effective skin resilience skincare routine consists of a daily, multi-targeted approach with the recommended program featuring multiple steps and products, depending on your skin type. As a guide, the following regimen can be beneficial for most skin types:
• Cleanse: A hydrating cleanser can wash away impurities without drying the skin or causing irritation.
• Exfoliate: Removing dead skin cells helps reveal smoother, softer, glowing skin.
• Tone: Complexion renewal pads wipe away excess oil to to help keep pores from becoming clogged.
• Prevent + Correct: Creams and skin-firming serums hydrate and help improve the look of skin texture and appearance.
If you’re using a product that contains retinol, you might want to start by using it 2 times a week to allow your skin to adapt. You can then gradually increase use to every other day, as tolerated.
Should I use these creams in the morning or at night?
Many of our skin-resilience creams and skin-firming serums can be used in both the AM + PM, depending on your preference and skin type. Some of our products are specially formulated for night use, such as our Radical Night Repair.
