HOW DO I PURCHASE ZO® PRODUCTS?
ZO® products are sold only through a skin health professional’s office or their ZO® online stores. If your skin health professional does not carry a certain ZO® product you’re looking for, you may purchase it at zoskinhealth.sg.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
In an effort to ship out customers their orders as quickly as possible, orders begin processing immediately. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to cancel orders once a confirmation email has been sent to you.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ADVERSE REACTION TO ZO® PRODUCTS?
At ZO Skin Health SG, we have provided the ingredient list of each product on their page to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. It is best to understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients prior to making your purchases.
If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will help find an appropriate solution.

HOW SECURE IS MY ORDER INFORMATION?
ZO Skin Health SG knows how important your privacy is. We implement various security measures in accordance to industry standards to protect the security of your personal information, both online and offline and work diligently to make sure any data you provide through zoskinhealth.sg is protected.
HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE?
Promo codes can be applied during the checkout process. Changes should be reflected in your cart instantly. Promo codes cannot be combined. Only one code can be applied per order.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR THE FREE SHIPPING PROMO CODE?
Free shipping promo codes must be applied at checkout. Codes are unique and can only be used on a single order. Offer cannot be combined or transferred. Our products are currently available for delivery only in Singapore.
CAN ZO® PRODUCTS BE USED DURING PREGNANCY?
While ZO Skin Health, Inc. strives for its product line to be all-inclusive, as ZO® does not perform testing on women who are pregnant or nursing, we recommend and encourage all expectant or nursing women to consult with their medical professionals regarding use of any ZO® products while pregnant and/or nursing. We highly recommend that patients review the list of ingredients of each product with their physician before beginning or continuing use. A complete list of product ingredients is available on our website.
SHIPPING + RETURNS
WHAT IS THE ZO® RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied, a 30-day money-back guarantee is offered on all ZO® products purchased from www.zoskinhealth.sg. Please make sure the product is returned within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip to ensure a refund. Contact our customer service team to arrange for a return delivery.
Complimentary gifts with purchase cannot be returned for refunds.
Currently, ZO® SG is only able to accept the return of products purchased through the official ZO® SG website. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by ZO® SG. ZO® SG reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.
ZO® SG is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Damaged Products: We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please save the damaged box and product and contact our customer service department at 67468707, Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm SGT
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM DISSATISFIED WITH A ZO PRODUCT?
Direct Purchases from ZO. If you purchased your product directly from ZO at www.zoskinhealth.sg, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Authorized Reseller Purchases. If you purchased from a physician, nurse, aesthetician, or other authorized skincare provider in Singapore, we recommend contacting the place of purchase first. If they are unable to assist, you may contact us at 67468707, email customerservice@zoskinhealth.my, or submit our Contact Us form within 30 days of purchase.
Please have the following information ready: (1) product purchased, (2) reason for dissatisfaction, (3) place and date of purchase, and (4) proof of purchase. We may also request photos, packaging details, or other information to assist in processing your request. We will use best efforts to work with the authorized seller to facilitate a refund or replacement product but cannot guarantee resolution. You are responsible for costs incurred by mailing proof of purchase (if not emailed) and your product (if requested by ZO).
Unauthorized Seller Purchases. If you purchased from an unauthorized seller (including unauthorized websites or third-party marketplaces), our satisfaction guarantee does not apply because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers or verify that products have been stored and handled according to our quality and safety standards.
General Terms. ZO® SG reserves the right to verify information and deny requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unusual patterns. We may amend or terminate this guarantee at any time without notice.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN FOR MY ORDER?
Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return for your order.
All returns must be mailed within 10 days of the submission of your return request, or the return will not be accepted. Any returns received without a return authorization will not be processed.
Please note:
- Refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges.
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used to purchase the returned product.
- The actual refund amount is subject to applied discounts, tax, shipping costs, administrative fees and item condition.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days to be returned to the original payment method after the return item is received.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days, provided the items are in stock and payment is verified. Please note:
- ZO® SG does not process orders during holidays or weekends
- All orders are charged GST if applicable
Shipping/Processing may take longer than normal due to high demand. Thanks for your patience.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We provide free deliveries for orders of SGD$100 or more, including after discounts. A delivery fee of SGD$3 will be charged if your order is less than SGD$100.
